Durable Vaccine Courses: Multi-dose courses (including Hepatitis B, Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis, and Tick-borne Encephalitis) must be settled fully in advance during the initial branch visit. This rule is vital to secure biological stock buffers against chronic vaccine shortages in the UK. Prepaid path courses are non-refundable once schedules begin.

Prescriptions and Medicines: Dispatched private medicines, travel prophylactics, and custom antibiotics are non-refundable once purchased from pharmacy drops. The signature prescription issuance platform processing fee of £30 remains non-refundable once the electronic file is generated.

Laboratory Allocations: Payments for specialized laboratory diagnostics, pathology extraction panels, and cell profiles are non-refundable once collected in readiness for the secure lab drops. Testing selection is voluntary and remains subject to the path selections determined during your consultation.

Rabies Vaccine Administration Notes: Pre-exposure rabies cycles can be managed via Intradermal (ID) or Intramuscular (IM) methods. Final choices can be mapped with our medical team. Post-exposure treatments utilize IM paths. IM Rabipur® and VERORAB® are flat-rated at £120 per dose; ID alternatives are settled at £75 per dose.

Insurance & Network Footprints: We function as an independent, primary care network and hold no default direct billing agreements with insurers. Patients are responsible for checking their personal policy coverage limits. We support reimbursement by providing formal completed itemized receipts. We accept all major card pathways except American Express.
