As Chief Business Development Officer at Regent Street Clinic™, Vali Kaur supports the continued growth and development of the clinic’s healthcare services. She works with the leadership team to build strategic relationships, develop new opportunities and enhance the patient experience across the clinic’s services.

Combining her extensive healthcare experience with her understanding of patient needs and service delivery, Vali plays an important role in strengthening partnerships, improving accessibility and supporting the delivery of high-quality private healthcare. Her clinical background provides valuable insight into developing services that remain focused on patient care, innovation and a positive patient journey.

Vali has worked with distinction within the healthcare sector for fourteen years, beginning her career in NHS A&E departments and subsequently moving into general medicine in an administrative and managerial role as Patient Flow Coordinator for a Major Trauma NHS Foundation Trust. She later progressed into clinical roles within paediatric services, caring for children across various hospital departments.

Vali graduated from the University of Nottingham and worked within Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) environments for three years. She has continued to develop her primary care skillset through advanced training in functional and wellbeing medicine.

Vali is recognised for her dedication, professionalism and understanding of patient care. Her combination of healthcare experience and strategic business development expertise supports the continued growth and development of Regent Street Clinic™.

Francesca Mansell (Fran) has worked as a nurse, initially within the NHS and subsequently in the private sector, since she was 18 years old, transitioning first as a clinical support worker to a registered nurse. She gained her BSc Honours adult nursing degree in 2018 at Sheffield Hallam University and since then has worked within general surgery, orthopaedics, and plastics at the Northern General Hospital before starting her career as a senior practice nurse in the private sector at Regent Street Clinic in 2021.

During her time working within an acute setting, she also carried out her advanced training in facial aesthetics, which she absolutely loves. Fran offers the full range of facial aesthetics treatments including wrinkle reduction treatment, hyaluronic acid based soft tissue fillers and skin boosters – including ProfHilo and Seventy Hyal.

Fran is a wonderfully conscientious nurse who is very popular with patients. She is an exceptional senior private practice nurse with a strong interest in travel medicine, sexual health, and functional medicine. She is based at the Sheffield clinic where she works six days a week.

Fran also offers the following bespoke services at the Sheffield clinic: Women’s Health, Mental Health and Nutrigenomic DNA assessments.

In her spare time, Fran loves spending quality time with her family and friends, creating amazing memories. She is an avid traveller and has recently returned from an adventure to Southeast Asia.

Victoria Rose Rawson is our senior practice nurse based at Regent Street Clinic™ in Wakefield.

Vic qualified as a nurse with BSc Honours from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 and has worked within a variety of healthcare settings including community nursing, busy acute settings such as surgical assessment and has been a functional nurse assessor before joining Regent Street Clinic™.

Vic is trained in advanced aesthetics and has a passion for making people feel their best possible self, all while maintaining their natural beauty. She is an advocate of functional medicine and is keen to ensure that patients are managed using a holistic and patient-centred approach, often going out of her way to communicate with NHS practices to gain a thorough picture of the medical history. Vic ensures her patients are comfortable and happy with the care they are receiving from her.

She offers travel medicine consultations and administration, aesthetics, DNA screening, private practice nurse appointments, sexual health screening and testing as well as women’s health services therefore making sure all levels of care are implemented to the highest standard.

Vic is a wonderful nurse. She is super friendly, very bubbly, confident, committed and a perfectionist and this allows her to gel easily with colleagues and patients. She is also famous for her attention to cleanliness.

Emily Shaw is the practice nurse managing the Northwest of England predominantly based within the Liverpool clinic. She specialises in travel health, sexual health, facial aesthetics, and functional medicine.

Emily has worked in the healthcare sector for over 6 years across a range of sectors providing healthcare for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and adult emergency and acute medicine. She first graduated in Adult Nursing BN (Hons) at the University of Chester and went on to work within acute and emergency medicine prior to joining Regent Street Clinic in the beginning of 2023 as an advanced aesthetician and wellbeing and lifestyle practice nurse.

Emily is well trained in a wide range of advanced aesthetics including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, and skin boosters, and has over 4 years of aesthetics experience. She is a proponent of natural and nuanced facial aesthetics and offers complementary advice on natural beautification treatments.

During her spare time, she enjoys being within the outdoors with her pooch, a one-year-old bulldog crossbreed.

Emily thoroughly enjoys coffee, so if you would like to discuss any of your health concerns in a friendly and confidential environment, please feel free to drop into our Liverpool clinic where she will happily make you a brew and help alleviate any health concerns.

Emily is also Welsh and thus fluent in the language, so if you’re travelling up from Wales and want an appointment consultation in Welsh, she’d be happy to provide this!

Nichola Mistry is our senior nurse prescriber and advanced aesthetics clinician at the Leicester clinic.

Nic has worked in healthcare for over 30 years after following her childhood dream to be a nurse. She qualified as a Registered (Adult) Nurse in 1995 and then as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) in 2000. Nichola worked in Accident and Emergency, as a newly qualified nurse working her way up to be the Senior Clinical Nurse.

Her passion as well as commitment to strive for parity of physical health within mental healthcare services, led her to being head hunted to develop a physical healthcare service for patients in a Regional Secure Forensic Mental Health Unit, a 1-year job contract that turned into 12 years of implementing a nurse-led primary care, physical health service. Nichola became the first Independent Nurse prescriber within the large mental health trust where she worked.

Nichola was very proud to receive several prestigious national and local healthcare awards for her work, the proudest achievement being the Health Service Journal highly commended award for implementing an in-house minor surgery service for patients in a High Secure hospital.

Nichola has over 6 years’ experience in advanced medical aesthetics, ensuring that patients receive the best standard of care, helping people to feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

Nichola’s proudest ever achievement revolves around her family life – she has four daughters and three grandchildren. She loves being a Mini Ma to her three grandchildren, as it’s the perfect excuse to have fun and be silly.

Chloe Nason works full time as a private practice nurse and aesthetics clinician at our Norwich Clinic.

Chloe has worked in the healthcare sector for several years and has a broad range of experience and clinical skills from both primary and secondary care.

She graduated from the University of East Anglia with BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and then worked in the emergency department at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital throughout the pandemic, moving on to become an NHS practice nurse in a GP surgery prior to joining Regent Street Clinic.

Chloe has a specialist interest in functional medicine, health promotion and disease prevention and is passionate about diet and lifestyle.

She also loves travel and travel medicine. She offers free risk assessments for any planned or potential travel, discusses vaccinations, and offers helpful advice.

Since Regent Clinic™ Norwich opened, the travel clinic has been in great demand, demonstrating there was a need in the city for the services we provide.
